How small or large of an area will you clear?
We will work on anything from small lots to hundreds of acres.

Can we pick trees to be left?
Yes, selective clearing can be done.

I have a waterfront lot that has restrictions about clearing trees, can you help me with what trees can and cannot be removed?
Yes, different agencies have different restrictions on clearing. It is important to follow these regulations carefully because in many places pier permits may not be granted or could be revoked if these rules are broken.

I live out of state, can I get pictures sent of the completed lot?
Yes, we can send pictures of via email upon request.

Why do I have standing water on my property?
Possible causes: The property does not have proper drainage. Soils are more clay based preventing percolation. Grade percentage does not allow for proper water flow.

I have a reasonably flat site, will any excavation be required?
Usually there is some excavation involved in preparing the site area for concrete. We can meet you on site to discuss whether any excavation will be required

We have a driveway with old pavers will you be able to remove and dump these?
Yes, our excavation team will pull up and remove the old pavers and dump them along with any other excess material.

How far will you travel to do work?
We will travel to work anywhere in North and Central Florida and all areas of Duval County, Baker County, Nassau County and St. Johns County including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Mayport, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, St Augustine, Fernandina, Amelia Island, Middleburg, Glenn St. Marys, Palatka and Gainesville.
